S i ngkong or cassava ( Manihot Esculenta ) was first recognized in South America that was developed in Brazil and Paraguay in Prehisteric times.

I n Indonesia, Cassava was introduced by the Portuguese in the 16th century. Furthermore, cassava is planted commercially in Indonesia territory around the year 1810. Cassava is one of the well known main foods among the Indonesian since a long time.

T he potential of cassava as main food made of indigenous northern South America, Southern Mesoamerica and the Caribbean before Columbus came to the America. When the Spaniards conquered these areas, cassava cultivation was continued by the colonial Portuguese and Spanish.

I n the process the way make something different out of it, let just say " chips " just exactly the one that you're eating at this moment. Its called cassava chips for crying loud !!! And this thing is so happening. I tell you, it's not give you much light about it, but later on you'd say " SPICE ME UP !!! "
